Jo Jagadish is the Head of Corporate Products & Services at TD Bank. In this role, she is responsible for leading the commercial products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Deposits and Digital), services and implementations team while accelerating the Commercial Bank's Innovation strategy to define the next generation of product solutions.
Prior to joining TD, Jo was Head of New Product Development and FinTech partnerships at JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking where she led the strategy, development and commercialization of new treasury product capabilities such as JPMC's partnership with Bill.com to deliver Cashflow360 among others. She also ran the Treasury product investment strategy for the Commercial Bank.
Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Jo led product and platform strategy for digital payments at Citibank. She implemented Apple Pay in the U.S. and later took on the role as the Global Product Manager for Apple Pay for Citi deploying the product in several global markets. She has spent her career in global financial firms in a variety of strategy, product and business intelligence roles.
Jo was awarded American Bankers 'Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Team' award in 2021, New York's rising stars in Banking and Finance by Crain's NY in 2020 and was also a finalist in the Women in Payments Innovation award, 2020. She has an engineering degree in electronics and communications.
