Glenn joined PNC’s Treasury Solutions Group (TSG) in August 2020. TSG is a team that provides treasury best practices
and recommendations to help organizations optimize order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, fraud protection / prevention processes
and consults with clients on their digital transformation journey. As a trusted Solution Advisor he advises upper Middle Market
and Large Corporate Organizations in the Northeastern United States from Central New Jersey to Maine on how PNC’s strategic
solutions can help achieve straight-through processing in the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay portion of the cash conversion cycle.
Glenn also supports the Financial Institutions Group (insurance companies, non-bank and commercial bank FIs) and
Corporate Real Estate groups. He has over 30 years serving in different roles within the financial services industry and over 10 years
of prior experience leading teams. Glenn currently leads the TSG – East group of Solution Advisors. He holds the
Accredited Order to Cash Solution Consultant (AOCSC) and Accredited Procure to Pay Solution Consultant (APPSC) designations.
Prior to joining PNC, Glenn served as an advisor to Transaction Banking / Treasury Management stakeholders at MUFG Union Bank
focused on connectivity, integrations and complex file and format management. Glenn led a team of senior product managers
at BB&T (now Truist) responsible for e-commerce and commercial channels, maintaining and replacing the commercial online / mobile banking solution, security, information reporting and other core TM services such as connectivity. In a Senior Technical Product Consulting role at both BB&T (2012 – 2018) and Bank of America (1998 – 2012), Glenn supported treasury relationship managers as a treasury subject matter expert serving Commercial, Middle Market and Large Corporate / Capital Markets clients in complex engagements.
