Brent Stephens is a Product Management Executive in Global Treasury Management (GTM) at Wells Fargo. He is responsible for Product’s engagement, strategy, delivery, and growth agenda across the broader Wells Fargo enterprise, including Strategy, Digital & Innovation; Consumer & Small Business Banking; Wealth & Investment Management. Brent joined Wells Fargo in April of 2023.

Brent has 18 years’ experience in the cash management industry and has worked in leadership positions in both Product Management and Relationship Management. He has deep expertise in liquidity management and has advised multi-national corporates, financial institutions, state governments, and commercial banking clients on liquidity centralization strategies. He also has expertise in Treasury centralization strategies including in-house banking and payment factory solutions.

Brent joins Wells Fargo most recently from Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) in Australia. There he served five years as the Head of Liquidity Solutions Product, and as the Head of Product for the transaction bank’s modernization program which focused on designing and delivering a 24/7/365 real-time, cloud native, API native, event driven cash management platform.

Prior to Westpac, he worked 13 years at J.P. Morgan in North America, Asia, and Australia.

Brent holds an Executive Masters in Finance (EMFin) from INSEAD in France, and a Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) in the UK.
