Kapol Tandon is vice president and head of business for Infosys Finacle in the Americas at Microsoft. He is responsible for the sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth of the company’s business across the United States, Canada and Latin America.

He is passionate about innovating with customers to transform and scale digital banking experiences across their banks — from their digital channels to their branches. Under his leadership, Infosys Finacle has posted uninterrupted revenue growth, powered by close partnerships with customers that are driving business outcomes through digital transformation.

Kapol joined the company in 2007 as associate vice president of Infosys Finacle, North America. Earlier in his career, he spent multiple years in senior sales roles at Oracle and HCL technologies. He holds a master’s degree in international business management from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.

Originally from Delhi, Kapol has a son and resides in New York City with his wife.
