Mr. Albanese is responsible for leading Reliance Standard Life Insurance company's information services function.
Most recently, he was responsible for Sutherland Global Services Insurance vertical. He previously lead CSC’s Global Business Process Services. He was responsible for CSC’s transformational business process outsourcing offerings which serve insurance, banking, healthcare, life sciences, public service and other industry segments. CSC operates service centers in 20+ countries delivering comprehensive value-added services to over 165 clients.
Prior to joining CSC in 2004, he served as Executive Vice President for Penn Mutual Life Insurance company, where he was responsible for information technology, new business/underwriting, customer service, and other operational functions. He also worked as a Consultant for Price Waterhouse’s Management Consulting Services Group. In addition to insurance, Mr. Albanese has experience in the healthcare and manufacturing industries.
He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations from the American College. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in the Management of Technology, a program co-sponsored by Wharton and the Moore College of Engineering.
