Shon Cass is an Executive Vice President and Founder at Texas Security Bank. Shon is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer along with managing the Integrated Sales, Support and Operations team. This unified team consist of Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Support, Digital Banking Operations, Customer Service, Deposit Operations and Payment Processing.

Shon has a Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas State University, he is a certified ACH Professional and recently obtained his Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification. Shon has been in banking and financial services for 25 years, working for firms such as Lutheran Brotherhood Financial Services, Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of Oklahoma Financial (BOKF). Prior to banking Shon had the privilege of working alongside one of his brothers in a family-owned jewelry business and then later another brother and father in a family-owned grocery business. Shon attributes his strong work ethic and passion to serve clients to his entrepreneurial background.

Shon was married to his wife Maria in June of 2020 and together they have 5 children. Maria has 2 children ages 14 & 21 and Shon has 3 adult children ages 23,25 and 29. Shon and Maria are also full-time caregivers for Shon’s 92yr old Mother who resides in their home. Shon is a former member of the Rockwall Breakfast Rotary Club and the Garland Host Lions Club and currently serves on the Garland Chamber Board of Directors, Hope Clinic Board of Directors and is an active member of the Noon Exchange Club of Garland.
