Andrew joined Seacoast in November 2018. In his current role, Andrew leads Digital strategy and execution, the Project Management Office, and the Analytics function for the bank. Prior to joining Seacoast, Andrew spent eight years with Bank of America. He began in their MBA Leadership Development program. The program was designed to provide future leaders with a broad set of experiences and exposure across multiple lines of businesses within the bank. Over the course of the program’s two years, Andrew’s responsibilities ranged from Product Management, Retail Market Management, and Quantitative Operations Management. By 2014, Andrew was responsible for product management of the secured lending product set aligned to the small business segment, a portfolio representing $7 billion in balances. Andrew’s team was responsible for product development and enhancements, product-related sales enablement, targeting strategies, and offer/promotion development. While at Bank of America, his team developed the Business Advantage Auto Loan product. In the community, Andrew has served as a mentor to underserved youth through the Citizens School program. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in international business and business management from Trinity International University and a master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University. He is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He is based in Stuart.
