Andrew Besheer is Aite-Novarica Group’s Practice Director for Wealth Management, collaborating with the Advisors of the Wealth Management practice to grow the business and deliver exceptional insights and services to clients. Andy has a passion for helping clients define go-to-market strategies for wealth management and wealthtech as well as digital transformation, operational efficiency, and process management.
Andy started his career at Touche Ross, supporting clients in the Financial Services practice, specializing in Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) broker-dealer liquidations and complex litigation support. Andy segued from consulting to operational leadership roles at NatWest Capital Markets and Instinet Clearing Services, where he was responsible for the middle office and parts of the back office. He began 16 years of service at Broadridge (then ADP Brokerage Services) in 2002 as the VP responsible for the Order Management product suite. Over his time at Broadridge, Andy was responsible for strategy for the securities processing business unit and for go-to-market product strategy focused on wealth management, and held the roles of General Manager of Electronic Solutions (regulatory document storage and e-delivery), President of Customer Communications (print/distribution), and founding President of Broadridge Advisor Solutions, where he built out Broadridge’s marketing-and-communications-focused solutions for financial advisors. Subsequent to Broadridge, Andy was Head of North America at Appway, where he focused on building out the company’s business process management/orchestration footprint among North American financial institutions, and Chief Revenue Officer at Redi2 Technologies.
Andy holds a BA from New York University.
