Head of CX
Morten Hermansen is head of CX at Formue and runs the company’s Strategic «Experience» Program covering innovations in Client and Advisor Experience. In that role he has been instrumental in executing on Formue’s hybrid strategy, implementing a new client journey and advice platform. Projects included introducing a new omnichannel experience, through an app, client portal and meeting tool, digital wealth plan, deep reporting capabilities, marketing and prospect tools. Preceding his current role, Morten has had various responsibilities as a Business Analyst in Formue, including business development, data & analytics, strategy and finance. Morten graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics with a MSC in Finance.
