Client Engagement Track – Building Bridges: Converging Channels to Acquire and Retain Clients

Integrating wealth management with complementary offerings—banking, workplace services, and self-directed brokerage, to name a few—has gone from aspirational to actionable thanks to advances in technology and a glut of industry M&A. It's early days, but firms are beginning to build bridges between products and channels, helping them win new, less-affluent client cohorts and retain clients “graduating” to more complex financial needs.             

This panel will explore:
