Paul Kizirian is a Strategic Advisor serving on Aite-Novarica Group’s Commercial Banking & Payments practice. He has over 20 years of consulting experience in the wholesale banking space helping more than 100 clients transform or streamline their global financial operations and innovate new financial products and services. Areas of expertise include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, procurement, reconciliation, travel and entertainment, and treasury management.

Before joining Aite-Novarica Group, he served Wells Fargo by building their successful ethnographic consulting practice—the first within financial services. His engagements uncovered unmet customer needs that translated into new products and services. His work representing the clients’ voice across the organization also helped sales professionals to listen better and is illustrated as a case study in the book Agile Innovation: The Revolutionary Approach to Accelerate Success, Inspire Engagement, and Ignite Creativity. He spoke on behalf of Wells Fargo at various conferences, including SoCal AFP and the National Association of State Treasurers.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kizirian served as a consultant for Ernst & Young in San Jose, California.

Mr. Kizirian holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, both from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a proud father of three young ladies, and for fun he likes to ski, play the piano, and photograph nature.
