The operational efficiencies that can be gained through branch transformation technology have been well documented, and certainly the benefits can be substantial. Simply implementing the technology does not guarantee results, however. This panel will explore the implementation of new branch experiences and how the creation of a digital-first environment can not only deliver efficiency but can elevate the overall experience in the branch for both customers and employees.
