Presentation – Retail Banking Trends
During Q3 and Q4 2022, Aite-Novarica Group surveyed 3,008 banked consumers across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. to understand their financial behaviors. Some results were surprising. This session will review pertinent survey findings, including how consumers spend their money, how they communicate with financial service providers, and the things most important to them when choosing a financial service provider. Particular attention will be paid to the primary financial relationship for providers looking to better understand what compels and retains a consumer’s interest.
