Scotty Perkins is a payments, technology, and compliance leader with deep expertise in payments, retail, and consumer financial services. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has held senior positions in operations, compliance, technology, and business development, specializing in complex business process design for large-scale revenue optimization programs.

Scotty currently is the EVP and Head of Cloud for ACI Worldwide, responsible for ACI’s global cloud strategy and vision, focusing primarily on the modernization of ACI banking and intermediaries business.

Scotty previously served as SVP of Product Innovation for Quisitive, creating the business plan and vision for Quisitive’s LedgerPay platform, the first cloud-based direct payment processor certified by Visa and Mastercard and co-developed in partnership with Microsoft. He previously led R&D efforts across multiple technology areas with heavy emphasis on Azure cloud infrastructure for Quisitive’s cloud solutions practice. Scotty also served as Chief Compliance Officer for Quisitive’s Global Payments Solutions business.

Prior to joining Quisitive, Perkins served as SVP of Retail Operations and Chief Compliance Officer at PayNearMe, where he created the financial design and business architecture for a from-the-ground-up payment network, enabling consumers to pay for all types of goods and services using cash at retail locations. Perkins also held director-level program management and technology positions at Motorola, Good Technology, and FedEx.
