Mark Williamson is the Senior Vice President and Director of Physical Innovation at Huntington National Bank. He oversees the self-service and branch strategy across Huntington’s retail footprint, consisting of 1,700ATMs and 1,000 Branches in eleven states. Mark leverages 20+ years of banking experience to lead a team accountable for Huntington’s vision for the future; focusing intently on innovative ways to remove friction from the customer journey. Mark previously lead Huntington’s ATM Channel, leading a team that delivered an ATM experience that consistently ranked #1 in Financial Industry in an ATM satisfaction survey.

Prior to joining Huntington National Bank, Mark spent time at J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America in various leadership roles in Supply Chain, Government Banking, Product Transformation, and Technology Execution, earning multiple patents at Bank of America for Self-Service Innovation.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University with a double major in Supply Chain Management and Production & Operations Management. Mark is a recent CBA Executive School graduate and holds certifications within Six-Sigma w/Lean, CPSM, and George Washington School of Business.

A “We” vs “Me” leader, Mark is enthusiastic about serving those that enable the team’s success and driving solutions that eliminate inefficiency and remove barriers for a People first technology enabled customer experience.

Based out of Columbus, OH with his wife Jessica, daughter Carter Rose, and son Oliver, Mark serves on the local St. Jude Board and is a six-time Pelotonia rider. Besides being a full-time Uber driver for his family, Mark, a former collegiate athlete, now spends time when available enjoying the occasional Spartan Race, snowboarding trip or an enjoyable day wakeboarding with his family.
