Brandon Smallwood is a Fintech Executive with Microsoft who leads growth and transformation across North America, responsible for Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance markets. Prior to joining Microsoft, Brandon served as the Vice President of North America at Nuance Communications where he managed the Enterprise Division delivering cloud contact center transformation, growth and partner strategies across Financial Services. Brandon has held a variety of global leadership roles with extensive experience in financial services, telecommunication and department of defense markets. Brandon has earned degrees in Business Administration & International Marketing from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN and is honored to be inducted into the Butler University Athletic Hall of Fame. He has also earned a degree in International Business from Flinders international in Adelaide, AU and continued Executive Leadership studies from Harvard University.
