Cynthia Loh is the Head of PFMG Product, and leads the teams responsible for building out the Wellness, Personal Financial Management (PFM) and Executive Financial Management (EFM) platforms. Cynthia Loh joined Goldman Sachs in 2021 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia was the VP of Digital Advice and Innovation at Charles Schwab, where she led the teams responsible for Schwab Intelligent Portfolios and Schwab Intelligent Portfolios Premium, the firm's robo advisory and hybrid advisory and planning services. She also led Digital Planning experiences, and launched Schwab's free digital financial plan to help investors stay on track towards their personal retirement goals. In addition, she led Schwab Asset Management solutions' Digital organization to create new and enhanced digital experiences for their asset management business, including mutual funds, ETFs and advice solutions.  Before joining Schwab, Cynthia was on the executive team at Betterment where she built and launched the 401(k) business. She also previously led Business Development at ZocDoc, a healthcare technology start-up reporting directly to the CEO. She has additional financial services experience from prior roles at PIMCO and Merrill Lynch. 

Cynthia Loh is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) in the Boulder Chapter. Investment News named her one of their 2020 Innovators, and Business Insiders listed her on their inaugural list of innovators transforming the future of wealth management in 2019. Employee Benefit News named her one of the 30 People-to-Watch in 2017, and Employee Benefits Advisor named her one of the '50 leaders who are transforming benefits' in 2016. She was also recognized by Business Insider in 2016 for building a diverse, female-led team. 

Cynthia Loh earned a B.A. in Cognitive Science with an emphasis on Computational Modeling, and a minor in Business Administration. She received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a CFA charter holder and has her Series 7 and Series 21.
