Susan Joyce is Head of Municipals Trading & Fixed Income Market Structure at AllianceBernstein. Susan is responsible for managing the impact of regulations, technology innovation, and market behavior changes on AB Fixed Income Trading. Susan leads a team of traders who trade high grade, high yield, and taxable municipal bonds as well as overseeing the automation effort for Municipals Trading and the development of AbbieX, AB’s proprietary O/EMS. Prior to leading the market structure effort, Susan was an inaugural member of the Portfolio Innovations team as co-creator of the Abbie virtual assistant. Susan graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Economics-Mathematics and minor in English, and is a CFA charterholder.
