Kumar Sidhartha heads up Sales and Service Modernization at the Bank of Montreal (BMO). In his current role, he is responsible for the transformation of sales and service journeys within the banks Personal and Business Banking division. During his tenure at BMO, Kumar has stood up several capabilities which have allowed the bank to meet the customer at the channel of their choice while continuing to meet business objectives. Prior to joining the bank, Kumar held roles in Management Consulting and Mobile Software companies. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with family.
