Digital customer acquisition in Turkey was launched in 2021. Over the last two years Turkish banks have started to approach their customers in different ways. While some still register customers in their physical branches, others have started to register them in their digital branches. Kuveyt Türk has followed a different path, recording customers in branches and starting to do digital portfolio management. This presentation will look at digital customer acquisition and explain Kuveyt Türk's digital portfolio management.
