Born in 1979, Maznikova Kateryna is a graduate of State Economic University in Odessa, Ukraine, Master of Economics, specialty – banking.

23 years’ experience in banking.

Since 2002 during 6 years worked at Raiffeisenbank Ukraine, from which 4 years as a Head of the Operations of the Regional Branch. Was responsible for the following back-office areas: Payments, Loans, Deposits, FX deals, Cash & ATMs, also managed the regional General Service and IT.

In 2007 - 2008 worked at Raiffeisenbank Aval (900 branches) as an Operations stream leader in Core Banking System implementation Project.

Starting 2009 for 4 years was working as Head of Operations at Raiffeisenbank Aval, one of the biggest banks in Ukraine (800+ Branches, 2000+ ATMs, 1500+ employees in Operations). Was leading successful Transformation of Operations: centralization, automation, process optimization, cost optimization, competence centers creation, etc.

Since 2014 is working at Raiffeisenbank International in Vienna, Austria. Currently responsible for the Group Cash and ATMs Governance, including responsibility for the development and improvement of Group (11 network banks) Cash Cycle (including Branches, ATMs, Vaults, CIT) via supporting various local and Group initiatives. Current group-wide projects on the radar: branch transformation & tellerless branches implementation, E2E cash cycle data transparency & reporting, efficiency and security improvements in cash storage and processing.
