I have worked for Nationwide for 24 years, starting out as a Manager in the Branch Network working up to Regional Director, before moving to my current role of Head of Distribution Development. I now lead the People Enablement & Development team and our role is to support all colleagues in Retail Services to deliver brilliant service through training, coaching and development. Responsible for all aspects of people change, learning & development, communications, training & competence and digital education keeps me extremely busy and I am always looking for ways we can optimise performance whilst keeping our people motivated and engaged.
