Dan is Head of Service Contact at the Coventry Building Society and joined the Society in April 2022. The role encompasses leading the branch network and savings contact centre and has been responsible for overseeing a significant cultural change bringing the two human channels together. Prior to joining the Coventry, Dan worked for M&S Bank where he undertook several leadership roles, including running the branch network. Dan’s career started with Nationwide Building Society on the counter before progressing to various branch manager roles.
